With the aim of continuously ensuring quality and guaranteeing compliance with the prescribed procedures, fourteen standing committees operate within the Department of Theatre Studies, whilst ad hoc committees (for conferences, the editing of journal issues or collective volumes, etc.) operate on a temporary basis.
 
Specifically, during the current academic year 2025–2026, the active committees are as follows:

Concurrently, Officers for the Careers Office and the Multimedia Laboratory have been appointed.
