Call for Contributions to the Annual Review of the Department of Theatre Studies

Dear Students and Alumni,

The Department of Theatre Studies is pleased to announce the preparation of the first edition of its Annual Review, covering the academic year 2025–2026. The publication aims to document and showcase the multifaceted work of our academic community, placing particular emphasis on the initiatives, experiences, and creative trajectories of the Department’s students and alumni.

We warmly invite you to contribute to this collective endeavour by submitting short texts describing your participation in artistic activities, performances, festivals, or workshops; presentations at conferences, seminars, or other academic events; Erasmus mobility experiences or other international activities; volunteering, community engagement, or cultural initiatives; distinctions, awards, or other significant achievements; as well as initiatives connected with your studies or your subsequent professional, artistic, or research activities.

In particular, alumni of the Department are invited to share brief reflections on their professional, artistic, or research trajectories following graduation.

In addition, the editorial team plans to feature brief profiles or interviews with postgraduate students, doctoral candidates, and early-career researchers. If you would like to participate or nominate someone for inclusion, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Submission Guidelines

Length: 200–300 words

Style: Informative and descriptive

Language: Greek

Photographs or other visual material are welcome and should be accompanied by short captions.

Contributions should be submitted in Word or Google Doc format (PDF files will not be accepted) to: st4aday@go.uop.gr

Submission deadline: 31 July 2026
