Pursuant to Decision No. 139/31.10.2025 of the Assembly of the Department of Theatre Studies, the establishment of an annual digital publication, provisionally entitled Annual Review of the Department of Theatre Studies, has been approved.

The Annual Review aspires to become an institutionalized medium for the systematic recording, documentation, and dissemination of the Department’s educational, research, and artistic activities on an annual basis. Its aim is to present, in a coherent and accessible manner, the multifaceted work of our academic community, while enhancing the Department’s outreach and public presence.

Indicatively, the publication will include information on the Department’s educational, research, and artistic activities; initiatives undertaken by students and alumni; faculty participation in conferences; publications; research projects and collaborations; artistic productions; distinctions and cultural initiatives; international collaborations and mobility schemes (e.g., Erasmus); as well as events of particular significance to the academic and cultural life of the Department.

The Annual Review will be published in digital format (PDF or e-magazine) and will be made available on the Department’s website. Each year, its preparation will be undertaken by an editorial team composed of members of the Department, with the support and participation of students.
